ATTENTION RESIDENTS: MODERATE WATERING RESTRICTIONS IN EFFECT

Please be advised that our community is now under Moderate Watering Restrictions due to a mechanical issue with the main well. Maintenance teams are currently working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

To ensure an adequate water supply for all households, outdoor watering is strictly limited to a designated two-day schedule based on your street address.

Mandatory Outdoor Watering Schedule

• EVEN Addresses (Ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8) Sundays and Thursdays only.
• ODD Addresses (Ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9) Saturdays and Wednesdays only.

Permitted Watering Hours

On your designated watering days, irrigation of landscaped areas is further limited to the following times:

• 12:00 AM (Midnight) to 10:00 AM
• 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight)

Watering Exceptions

Landscape irrigation is permitted at any time if using one of these methods:

• Hand-held hose
• Faucet-filled bucket or watering can of five (5) gallons or less
• Drip irrigation system

Restricted Activities

• No automatic sprinkler or hose-end sprinkler watering on unassigned days or outside permitted hours.
• Please eliminate any unnecessary water runoff into streets or gutters.
• Consider delaying non-essential water use like washing vehicles or filling pools.
